How do I become a member?

First you must give your phone number and address and then answer a questionnaire. You must also supply billing information. There are two methods for billing: major credit cards or electronic funds transfer. Once you complete the questionnaire and supply your credit card or checking account information, a program called Mu will be automatically installed on your machine. This program is used to access ThoughtShops. It is also used to view and manipulate Gravity items that you purchase from the Immuexa network or that you create yourself.

At this point you will only be a temporary member. Once your billing information is checked, you will be charged a membership fee of $33. A member kit will be sent to you in the mail. This kit includes a set of disks that contain the Mu program as well as some sample Gravity items. It also includes a book called The Gravity Guide that completely describes Gravity, ThoughtShop, and Immuexa. Most importantly, the kit includes a Gravity key, which is a small device that easily connects to your computer's printer port. This key contains a uniquely identifying serial number, or fingerprint. This fingerprint identifies you as a member of the Immuexa network. Without this key, you will have restricted access.

All transactions you make are billed to the account associated with your fingerprint. You can easily remove the key from your computer and connect it to any other computer that also has the Mu program. This key lets a ThoughtShop know who you are. No one, not even the manager of a ThoughtShop, will know your fingerprint. It is used automatically by the software and will remain encrypted.

Once you have your key and the Mu program, you're a full-fledged member of the Immuexa network. You may then access all other ThoughtShops in the network. The network you initially join is your home ThoughtShop. All billing and commission paychecks are routed through your home ThoughtShop.

You mean I can make money from all this?

please note: The word "Immuexa" was originally my name for what later became the World-Wide-Web. It's now the name of a company, not a network.

The software known here as "ThoughtShop" was originally called "Colony." The rights to the tradename "Colony" were sold in January 2000.
