Norman,

It's started, and I must say it's geting interesting after just two days.
Three more people dropped out today. I expect the winnowing process to continue, mostly because of people's frantic schedules.

Goldman and Barnes are in to it. They've expressed strong support for me to continue. Another guy said I was being too cute.

Other silent notables (they've received but have not responded, nor dropped off the list):

Ed Kay, Mark Bickhard, Patti Ota, Peter Likins, Gordon Bearn, Glenn Blank, Darlene from downstairs, Richard Redd, David Pankenier, Julie Williams, Barbara Frankel, James Frakes, Joe Lucia, Bob Harson, Norman Melchert, Ricardo, Maria Gandalfo, Paul Winters, and Simon Morgan-Russell (the guy who doesn't believe in the accumulation of capital)...

Probably some others, the initial list had 44 people on it, and it's now down to 39. As I've made two references to the levitation already, and Taoism, and the liberal arts, you may be implicated... if this bothers you, let me know.

(btw, do you think that guy thought I was too cute because I've used words like "dork" and "dudette"? --- boy, this is a TOUGH crowd to play.)

Tim
